Account Cooradinator

Responsibilities:
  • Accounts payable, debit/ credit notes and expense entries
  • AP payment offsetting
  • Import bills entry
  • Check and prepare of Statement of Accounts
  • Maintain accuracy in AP records
  • Print financial reports
  • Other adhoc duties assigned by the department

Requirements:

  • Minimum LCCI Diploma qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in AP cycle (eg. Payment invoice allocation and payment processing).
  • Working experience in computerized accounting system. Candidates with experience in Sun Accounting system will be considered favorably.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of applications
  • Meticulous, accurate and good organizational skills
  • Conversant in English and Mandarin
  • No preference for gender
  • Salary not more than $1800
  • Job is very manual and junior level so do not need too many years of experience

MANAGER (M&E)

Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience
  • Experienced in building projects
  • Well-versed in contractual terms, conditions and obligations
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems and able to identify critical quality control items
  • Able to create M&E Master Schedule and identify relevant critical paths and authority inspections
  • Able to lead and manage a team of Senior Engineers/Engineers/Supervisors(M&E) in the capacity of Section Head
  • Able to maintain good rapport with clients, consultants and other Section Heads on site
  • Able to propose VE items if necessary
  • High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Business/ Energy Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Review customer specifications ‧
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers and inter-departments, such as Tender & Marketing groups.
  • Ensure the Mechanical engineering support provided satisfies the appropriate Asset Safety Case to ensure that performance standards are not compromised by any Mechanical Engineering activities.
  • Responsible for managing the client relationships in Oil & Gas and Infrastructure and sections.
  • Analyze market details, customers, competition, opportunities & threats and devise winning strategy accordingly.
  • Preparing Pre-qualification documents.
  • Assist proposal Preparation, follow up and Contract finalization.
  • Preparing Marketing Reports.
  • Developing and implementing commercial agreements.
  • Preparing and giving presentations.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Business
  • Min. 1 experience in the designing of mechanical products, preferably in oil and gas industry.
  • Familiar with industry standard like API is pre-requisite.
  • Organized, resourceful, solution orientated and a team player.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.

Project Manager (ACMV) – 1 position

Responsibilities


  • Complete autonomy in managing the human, technical, contractual and financial aspects of large design, supply and install contracts.
  • Responsible for large ACMV infrastructure or industrial projects, from tender to commissioningMain duty is to optimize project implementation in terms of quality, schedule, resources, profitability, customer’s satisfaction.
  • Day to day liaising with internal and external partiesReporting to Operations DirectorSupport from functional departments (Finance, HR, Sourcing, Legal…).

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (ACMV)5 to 10 years experience in the management of large mechanical or M&E projectsExperience in team leadership and response to problems.
