Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing of air-con system by Autocad Software / Solidworks application.
• Perform product design from feasibility study, product conceptualization, detailed engineering design to functional prototype evaluation.
• Work with manufacturing team throughout the product cycle in a fast paced environment.
• Initiate design enhancements and cost improvement projects and ideas.Evaluate, test and monitoring of products using measuring equipments (mainly field work)Technical liaison and support work to customers, suppliers and relevant associates.
• Ability to establish a job system within the department.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male (maximum 30 yrs old)Possess a Degree / Diploma Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3-5 years working experience in an automotive air-conditioner environment will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of design concepts would also be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge and proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office is essential.
• Innovative and dynamic with good communication skills.Self driven team player who thrives in a very fast-paced and deadline-oriented environmentPossess good judgment, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, forward-looking and good leadership abilities. Proven ability to deal with all levels of associates and customers, both internally and externally.
• Possess a valid class 3 driving license.

SALARY PACKAGE:

An attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience and ability will be offered to the Successful candidate (Between $2300 - $2600 and an additional $100 for transport allowance)
